FRANÇAIS ESO 4: ATÉLIER CUISINE

Avec les élèves de 4e d'eso, pour fêter le débout des vacances de Pâques, on a fait un atélier cuisine. La recette qu'on a choisi est un coulant au chocolat.

Atélier cuisine avec 4ESO

Avec les élèves de 4ème course d'eso, on a fait des crêpes pour fêter Noël. Voici notre recette et bon appétit! Délicieuses...

Crêpes au chocolat/au jambon et fromage

Ingrédients pour une vingtaine personnes:

-500g de farine tamisée

-1 l de lait

-6 oeufs

-Un peu de beurre pour la cuisson

-Un peu de sucre et de sel

-Du chocolat ou du jambon et fromage

Préparation:

1-Placez la farine, les oeufs et le lait dans un récipient et mélangez tous les ingrédients.

2-Ajoutez le sel et le sucre.

3-Si c'est possible, laissez reposer quelques minutes.

4-Chauffez une poêle avec un peu de beurre.

5-Versez un peu de pâte, et laissez cuire jusque la surface n'est plus du tot liquide et tournez-la.

6-Garnir la crêpe avec du chocolat ou du jambon et fromage.
